This class will help ease away any stress or tension and prepare you for a relaxing evening. We will mindfully move through gentle flowing postures, a nourishing restorative sequence and meditation. I can help you modify if you have concerns when trying a pose. Whether you're stepping onto your mat for the first time, have a regular practice, or are coming back after an extended absence this class is for you.

WHAT TO BRING: Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat and water bottle.
