Yoga on the Beach

Join me for one blissful hour, under the big sky, along the shores of Madge Lake. 

Whether you're stepping onto your mat for the first time, have a regular practice, or are coming back after an extended absence this class is for you!

This is an invitation for you to find your focus, release tension and quiet the mind. Vinyasa flow yoga is an energetic sequence of postures that synchronizes your breath with movement in order to build strength, flexibility and balance. I can help you modify if you have concerns when trying a pose.

DATE AND TIME: Saturday mornings at 10 a.m. starting July 7 - August 4. 

WHAT TO BRING: Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat and water bottle. 

INVESTMENT: $10 per class.
